Default Lead Statuses

Statuses you define here can be assigned to companies as their Default lead statuses. A company admin sees an assigned status but can't delete it — only you can revoke it. Leads keep dialing only when a status is ticked in a campaign's Filter by Lead Status.

Default Dispositions

Disposition sets you define here can be assigned to companies. An assigned set appears in the company's Dispositions as read-only — the company admin can use it on campaigns but can't edit or delete it; only you can revoke it.

Deepgram Integration

Not configured
When enabled, answered VB calls with recording will be automatically transcribed after the call ends.
Get your key at console.deepgram.com → API Keys → Create. Keep it secret.
Must accept POST with binary WAV body + Authorization: Token header. Deepgram API-compatible.
Select the primary language spoken in your calls. Auto-detection is not used (set explicitly for best accuracy).
After transcription, each call is checked for these keywords (case-insensitive). Results appear as Yes/No columns in VB Reports → Call Report and in the CSV export. Leave empty to disable.
Keywords with historical data — permanently delete to remove report columns
How to use
  1. Get a Deepgram API key at console.deepgram.com → API Keys → Create a new key. Free tier = 200 hours/month.
  2. Paste the key above, choose a model + language, and click Save Config.
  3. Click Test API Key to verify the connection without using any credits.
  4. When creating a Voice Broadcast campaign, check Transcribe recordings. Recording must be ON (auto-enabled).
  5. After each answered call, the recording is sent to Deepgram (3s after hangup). The transcript appears in the VB Report → Call Report row (icon).
  6. You can also manually re-transcribe any recorded call from the VB Report using the button.
ℹTranscription runs asynchronously and never delays call completion or billing. If the API is unreachable, the error is logged in the call record and can be retried.

Cartesia STT Integration

Not configured
Cartesia takes priority — when both Cartesia and Deepgram are enabled, Cartesia is used for transcription.
When enabled, VB calls with recording will be automatically transcribed via Cartesia after the call ends. If both Cartesia and Deepgram are enabled, Cartesia takes priority.
Get your key at play.cartesia.ai → API Keys. Keep it secret.
Cartesia STT endpoint. Uses multipart/form-data upload (Whisper-compatible). Update if Cartesia changes their endpoint.
Answered-only skips unanswered/voicemail recordings and saves API credits.
Keyword Detection is configured on the Deepgram Integration page and applies to all STT providers including Cartesia. Transcripts from Cartesia will also be checked against those keywords and the Yes/No columns will appear in VB Reports.
How to use
  1. Get an API key at play.cartesia.ai → API Keys → Create.
  2. Paste the key above, select the model + language, and click Save Config.
  3. Click Test API Key to verify the connection.
  4. Enable transcription on your Voice Broadcast campaign (recording must be ON).
  5. After each call, the recording is sent to Cartesia for transcription. Transcripts appear in VB Reports → Call Report (icon).
  6. If both Cartesia and Deepgram are enabled, Cartesia takes priority.
ℹCartesia STT uses a multipart/form-data upload (Whisper-compatible API). Transcription runs asynchronously after the call and never delays billing.

Custom STT Integration (Free)

Not configured
100% free & offline — transcription runs on the bundled whisper sidecar (faster-whisper). No API key, no per-minute cost, no data leaves your server.
Custom STT takes priority — when Custom is enabled it is used for transcription, even if Cartesia or Deepgram are also enabled.
When enabled, VB calls with recording are transcribed by the self-hosted Whisper service after each call ends. Priority: Custom > Cartesia > Deepgram.
The bundled sidecar is reachable at http://whisper:8001/transcribe on the internal network. Point this at any HTTP service that accepts a multipart file upload and returns { text, language }.
Only the installed model is listed — the sidecar loads one at startup and ignores this field per request. To change it: set WHISPER_MODEL in .env, then docker compose build whisper && docker compose up -d whisper.
Auto-detect lets Whisper identify the spoken language per call.
Answered-only skips unanswered/voicemail recordings and saves processing time.
Try it on a recording
Paste a public link to an audio file (.mp3, .wav, .m4a, …) and transcribe it right now — this proves the whole pipeline without running a campaign. Nothing is saved.
🔗
Each transcript is searched (case-insensitive) for these words/phrases. Matches show as Yes/No columns in VB Reports → Call Report. This list is shared across all STT providers (Custom / Cartesia / Deepgram). Click Save Config to apply to new calls.
Applies the saved keyword list to all past transcripts (no re-transcription). Run this after adding a keyword to update old calls.
Keywords with historical data — permanently delete to remove report columns
How to use
  1. The whisper sidecar ships with the platform — no signup, no key.
  2. Tick Enable Custom transcription, pick a model + language, and click Save Config.
  3. Click Test Connection to confirm the service is reachable.
  4. Enable transcription on your Voice Broadcast campaign (recording must be ON).
  5. After each call the recording is sent to the local Whisper service. Transcripts appear in VB Reports → Call Report (icon).
  6. If multiple providers are enabled, Custom takes priority.
ℹTranscription runs asynchronously on your own server after the call and never delays billing. Larger models are more accurate but slower on CPU.

Working Hours

Define one or more shifts (e.g. Morning, Evening, Night). Agents can only log in during a shift. With auto-logout on, they're logged out the moment their shift ends — enforced on the server, so it works even if their browser is closed or their internet drops. Night shifts that run past midnight are supported.

Enable working hours Agents blocked from logging in outside their shifts
Timezone
Auto-logout Agents

Enforced server-side, so it applies even if the agent's browser is closed or their connection drops — they're logged out on the server and bounced to the login screen as soon as their page reconnects or refreshes.

All agents are logged out at this time every calendar day.

Enable auto-logout to choose when agents are logged out.
Shifts Single shift

“Days” are the days each shift starts on. A shift whose end time is earlier than (or equal to) its start time runs past midnight into the next day — e.g. a Night shift 22:00 → 06:00.
